  • How do I get on a wait list for a class?
    If a class has a wait list, click on the class as you would to register for the class and fill in the requested information. You will not be charged for the class at that time. If seats for the class become available, you will be notified by email and you will then be able to go back into the registration system and purchase the class. This is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call us at 908-232-5445 if you have any additional questions.
  • Where is your school located?
    We are located at 710 South Avenue West, Westfield, NJ. We have plenty of free parking behind the store and on the street. For directions, please use our Google Map feature.
  • Do you offer private events and classes?
    Yes, we can accommodate most any event, from anniversary celebrations and birthdays to corporate team builders and private dinners. To book a private class, please call the store at 908-232-5445. We will work with you to customize your event.
  • How can I cancel the class if I give you at least 10 days notice?
    You must be signed into your on-line account. Click on "My Classes". Cancel any class using the cancel button on the right-hand side. Please remember that you can only cancel a class if it is more than ten days prior to the class date.
  • What is the best way to sign up for a class?
    Click on the calendar, browse your options, click on the class you are interested in and follow the directions for our shopping cart. ALL CLASSES ARE RESERVED ON LINE. NEVER HESITATE TO CALL SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. Our store is open Monday through Saturday 10am to 6 pm.
  • Do you have an age limit to take the classes?
    Students attending adult classes must be 18 years unless otherwise specified. Students attending Wine classes must be 21 years and over.
  • How long are the classes?

    Adult classes are typically 3 hours. Childrens classes vary but are typically 2 hours.

  • What do I need to bring to a cooking class?

    You may want to wear flat shoes for a participation class, and bring a pen or pencil to take notes. We will provide aprons. If you like to drink wine, please feel free to BYOB. We will provide the glasses and the opener.

  • How can I cancel/change a class if I am within your cancellation policy?

    1) Sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes”

    2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change” 

    3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.

    4) Click on the appropriated choice

    When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on-line ?

    Online payment via credit card is secure, fast, easy and will guarantee that your registration is processed immediately.
    We are using a certificate : 128-bit SSL encryption.

  • What methods of payment do you accept ?

    Our online system allows us to accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. If you prefer to register offline please call our store at 908-232-5445 or stop by the store at 710 South Avenue West, Westfield, NJ 70790.
